I bet anyone that
1.)Windows Genuine Advantage will be helpless to stop pirates from taking advantage of Aero graphics features in Vista
2.)People would either rather own Mactels with Panther or a regular PC with Suse Linux Enterprise Desktop installed and get same or way the hell better experience.
3.)A huge number of ISV's start gravitating toward OS X and Linux.
4.)2008 OCT - still not getting it, Microsoft offers free barebones Vista with limited or no support
5.)Apple buys Microsoft's XBOX white elephant and shows the gang from Redmond how to beat Sony at their own game AND make a profit.
6.)OEM dual boot Mactels (Panther and Vista)surpass Dell and HP not with home buyers but in business. Panther MacMinis with Front Row are available in Kmart, Sears, Target and Blockbuster.
7.)Apple buys Blockbuster and gives Netflix shareholders chestpains by turning trad video distribution on its head by eschewing DVD rentals and instead offering movie downloads that timeout after three days.
8.)In 2011, Microsoft, Napster, Real Networks, etc sues after Apple merges with first Sony and then Disney; for being an entertainment distribution monopoly.

Apple's Boot Camp will also boot Linux!

Apparently some adventurous soul discovered that Apple's Boot Camp patch not only will boot up Windows XP but Ubuntu Linux as well - Anyone wana try S.L.E.D. (Suse Linux Enterprise Desktop) or Suse Linux 10.1?

Bush and Cheney have been outed in the Valerie Plame affair. What will Congress do now? What will the media do? Gonna' be a fun summer ....

Hell Froze Over Again - Windows on Macs

So now Hell has frozen over, again. You can now run WindowsXP SP2 on an Intel iMac using Boot Camp, a special download patch from Apple. Don't expect to be able purchase an OS X version aka Jaguar to run on a standard Wintel box - that would be like Rolls Royce making custom engines for Chevrolet family sedans, sounds like a good idea, runs pretty good, but face it, it's not a Rolls, pardner.

The Bush/Cheney Double-Suicide Scenario

Tom DeLay finally resigned from his seat from Congress and will not seek re-election for his seat. This has to piss off the people he ran against in the Texas primary March 7, 2006. We all have our reasons, suspicions, etcetera, why he resigned (giggle) but it makes me wonder. IF things got so hot and heavy for GWB and Dick Cheney that they would get indicted by the House for impeachment, would they both resign in a manner similiar to Dick Nixon in 1974. I'll call it the Double-Suicide scenario.
President Bush accepts Cheney's resignation, then blanket pardons him of any crimes. President Bush then resigns, Speaker Of The House Dennis Hastert assumes mantle of caretaker President and like a good Republican, issues a blanket pardon for GWB. The House and Senate acts outraged, at worst may censure Hastert, the press has a field day, Hastert takes the heat, he gets a great pension at the end of his term and can "retire". GWB and Dick Cheney once again walks away scot free.
